These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Seneca Counseling & Consulting ("we," "our," or "us") through our website (seneca-counseling.com) and any other associated services.

1. Services We Provide

Seneca Counseling & Consulting offers counseling, immigration evaluations, group workshops, and classes. We provide these services in-person in Houston, Texas, and via telehealth across Texas. These services include, but are not limited to:

Counseling: Individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

Immigration Evaluations: Evaluations to support immigration cases, including trauma-related consultations.

Workshops & Classes: Group classes and workshops to promote holistic healing.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information to the best of your ability during consultations and therapy sessions.

Follow the guidelines and recommendations set forth by our professionals during treatment.

Be respectful of the therapeutic process, including respecting appointment times, cancelation policies, and confidentiality agreements.

3. Payment and Insurance

We accept certain insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. You are responsible for verifying insurance coverage and paying any out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance. For other forms of payment, please consult us directly.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for more detailed information on how your data is handled.

5. Telehealth Services

Telehealth services are provided subject to the availability of technology and state regulations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and a secure, private space to participate in telehealth sessions.

6. Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services. However, we make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of counseling or other services. You agree that Seneca Counseling & Consulting will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Termination of Services

Either you or Seneca Counseling & Consulting may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time. If you wish to discontinue services, please notify us in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
